Executive Director

Warm Springs Community Action Team is seeking its next Executive Director (ED). The ED is a mission-driven, experienced leader of people and projects. As a proactive problem-solver, the ED readily implements plans and solutions that show fundraising results and positive community change. The new ED should have a trauma-informed approach, creating safe and supportive environments where staff can do their best work and community members get needed services. With cultural humility, the ED respects and honors diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. They will foster an equitable, collaborative, and inclusive culture focused on accountability for meeting work expectations and a shared commitment to community development.

A professional approach, active listening, and clear, consistent communication are central to our new ED’s leadership style, allowing them to build trust and rapport with diverse community members, staff, donors, and leaders. When faced with a crisis or conflict, they’ll use sound judgement and emotional intelligence to bring people together and solve the problem. The new leader shall thrive in dynamic environments where they provide stability and continuity while guiding the organization and collaborating with the board of directors.

Food Truck Trainee

Warm Springs Community Action Team is looking for people interested in gaining experience working in a food truck. This entry level position where you will learn every aspect of the daily operations of the food cart business, including daily operations, menu planning, food prep and cooking, clean up, and customer service. This position is meant to be an entry level learning position, where employees gain skills in cooking and managing a food cart, with support of the Food Truck Manager.
